Wir haben 1 nette Woche hier verbracht. Wundervolle tropische Pflanzenwelt/Park mit Wasserfall usw.... Zimmer groß, Badezimmer eher klein, Dusche mit Vorhang :-(, WC, Bidet und Waschtisch. Safe gegen Bezahlung (keine Info beim Checkin, daher Reklamation von mehreren Urlaubern) keine Benützung möglich, erst nach Reklamation. Restaurant wird auf 4 Essenszeiten eingeteilt. Frühstück sehr gut und viele Varianten, Säfte, Cava, Eier in allen Arten, Wurst, S*****en Gemüse, Obst, usw....Abendessen sehr gut und vielfälltig und frisch gekocht, d.h. für JEDEN was dabei!!! Pool sehr sauber, wird ständig kontrolliert, Liegen mit Auflage - Handtücher gegen Kaution und Zahlung bei Wechsel. Pool-Bar, sehr freundlich und rasches Service. Personal in allen Bereich sehr freundlich!!!! Zimmerservice - waren wir nicht zufrieden, da Bettwäsche die ganze Woche NICHT gewechselt wurde!!!!! Handtücher im Badezimmer - nicht alle Tücher wurden neu gebracht, d.h. Bidet nur 1 x und dann kein Tuch trotz Reklamation mehr!!! Zimmer 447 hat schönen Ausblick an den Pool, Garten und Meerblick. Animation - emotionslos!! Eher wie Schlaftablette - Pooltraining nicht angesagt - ohne Worte nur mit Musik und Bewegung gezeigt - SPANISCHES Temprament und Motivation hat sehr gefehlt!!! Abendprogramm mit verschiedenen Titeln und guter Musik war Ok. Hotel mit mehr als 90 % von deutschen Touristen über ca. 60+ !!!! PLUSPUNKT.... die Liegen dürfen nicht vor 9:30 besetzt/belagert werden!!!! Somit bekommt man doch Chanv´ce auf Liege nach dem Frühstück!!!
