L'hôtel est face au lac, mais la plupart des chambres ont une vue sur la cour intérieure.
IL n'y a pas de parking et presque toutes les places de parking proches sont payantes y compris le soir.
Il y a qq restaus à proximité. La voiture est nécessaire pour aller dans le centre de Verbania et pour aller prendre le bateau.
La sdb est très grande mais par contre la chambre n'est pas très spacieuse.

Great location, staff, breakfast, rooms with good working AC. The location was perfect and very close to all shops, restaurant and the waterfront. Would highly recommend this place so don’t hesitate and just book the place.. while you can

BEWARE OF THE BELL TOWER! It is impossible to rest. Every 30 minutes it tells the time at an exaggerated volume. It's impossible to talk or stay on the phone... EVERY 30 MINUTES! Not even in the Middle Ages! Start early in the morning! The place would be nice but it's impossible to stay there!

Good Service. Staff lending private money for taxi. Certainly not expected but highly appreciated. Rooms with high standard and the onecwe got on front with sea view Breakfast with a lot to choose from. Only remark AC was not working as warmer season was not here. Coming from nordics an AC is always welcom regardless of season.

Nice location with beautiful lagoon views and very beautiful and delicious traditional foods and breakfast ,even children got a place where they can play and make them feel as home the hotel staff are very gentle sympathy and friendly , the rooms too is very comfortable and nice decorated quantity quantity

I was visiting the Lago Maggiore Area with a group of people, we stayed at this hotel, and it was the best choice. The Hotel is facing the lake, the service was excellent and the staff are very friendly. The Breakfast offered was nice and has a variety which made everyone happy with their choice. The restaurant next door is a plus for a good Italian food experience.

I had 2 wonderful days on the Lake maggiore! I could not pick a better location. The hotel is located in an antic palace that made me feel like nobility in the 18th century. The room was very clean and spacious, as well as cozy. Like being in your own bedroom, but with no noises and a much better view 😀 The breakfast was amazing. From eggs and bacon to the home made cakes, cookies and everything in between. In only 2 days I was able to refresh and recharge, surrounded by the famous kindness of the Italian hosts. Thank you. You will see me again for sure 🙌🏻🌸

The hotel's staff is very understanding, kindful and thoughful. The hotel is wonderful, you can see the lake from the window and is so relaxing. The breakfast is terrific! The rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort you need. I reccomend this place for everyone, itt's definitly a ten over ten!! ☺️

The staff bent over backwards to ensure our comfort! The food was the freshest and all of our meals were amazing! Had a wonderful experience, and the ambience was relaxing! Will definitely stay here again!
