This our second time staying here (first time was March 2023). Location is ideal - beautiful beach, access to restaurants and shops, comfy beds. Room was ready early which was a plus.
However, the room was disappointing. The toilet did not work well. It did not flush easily and the tank did not refill. We told the front desk immediately, but it was not repaired during our two night stay.
There was no housekeeping service provided to our room during our stay.
And there was no hot water. We reported it immediately. The front desk told us that the water would only be warm until the boiler could be repaired. It was not repaired during our stay and the water was not warm!
No refund or accommodation was offered.

Ideal location and friendly staff. Very good value. Some minor maintenance issues. The bathroom door had water damage. The floors looked clean but were not.

Second visit... really nice place. "Throwback" style small hotel (~ 50 rooms?) that is quiet yet close to many attractions. If you want to be next to "high stimulation" action, this is not the place. Which is why we like it!
One note: parking area is really tight & some people don't read that only compact vehicles are to park on the left-hand side; larger on the right-hand. Just takes one large vehicle parked LH to clog up the drivethru. Not the hotel's fault.
This is a great place!

Price was right for a 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. The location is fantastic. I wished the pool heater was working.

As an airline pilot I have spent the last 25 years in and out of hotels. Here is why this hotel almost gets there and then fails. Great location Atlantic Ocean on one end, very nice restaurant on the other. Place is well run by attentive people, but folks when the mattress is worn out, that’s it. I am there for a good night’s sleep and the place did not deliver. No hot water the next morning only sealed the deal.

Need updating. Beds were too soft. 3 night stay and no fresh towels or soaps. Front staff wasn’t the most pleasant. Overall slightly better then average

The hotel was as pictured but our room was not. We booked a queen studio room, but when we arrived we were placed in a standard queen room. It was extremely small, and as other reviews had mentioned, it is right where the laundry room, ice machine, and stairs were. You could hear EVERYTHING happening right outside our room. Luckily we were traveling at a time that was not crazy busy. We did not realize we were given a different room than we had booked until later, so we did not approach the front desk to change it. The room was clean, people were friendly, a few restaurants within walking distance. We had spoken with other guests that had larger rooms, that were extremely happy with them. So I’m assuming it depends how you book your room, where you get placed. If we would have realized earlier (we were already settled in and only staying overnight while traveling through), I would have wanted to be changed to another room.

Room really needs a fresh coat of paint, bathroom door needs cleaned or painted. Furniture is on the older side.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous beach views, easy beach access. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the sunrise. Definitely worth getting an ocean view!!!!
