Absolutely loved our stay.
Clean , comfortable very well taken care of
Staff was wonderful
Great stay overall
Breakfast was delicious
The reception was a nice surprise
The only thing I would recommend is adding slip resistant *****s/ mat to the tub… super slippery I did mention at check out
We’re already planning on visiting again next year for longer

The staff was phenomenal. I normally stay at a Hilton or Marriott and they were booked when I needed to travel. This was my first stay at this hotel and the first stay at an IHG hotel in 10 years. I was blown away by how far they’ve come and will be returning. The front desk team should be commended.

My second visit to Staybridge Vero Beach, two nights stay. Like the roomy suite complete with separate bedroom and living area, plus full kitchenette. Hotel offers complimentary complete breakfast as well as 'social' happy hour with wine/beer and snacks. However we did have a brief power outage which also cancelled one of the happy hours. Price is competitive, with a good, altho busy, location along Vero Beach main drag/corridor, lots of restaurants, shops nearby.

Clean hotel but check in was cumbersome and took to long especially after I already paid in app. Front door was locked when I arrived so had to try to reach someone. This doesn’t create a good first impression.

Very nice location and with easy access! Staff were just wonderful and the room was more than I expected. Very clean and roomy and it had a stocked kitchen! Exactly what I needed!

Customer service was excellent! Our home was being renovated and we had dogs. They went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend this establishment. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE from checking in to everyone in service.
