We were there during Middle School Team State. My only wish is that they did a better job asking families to stop running down the halls past 10pm. But I get it. Shame on the parents!!!

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was warm and when something was running low, the staff was quick to refill. The pool area was nice and clean. We will come back if we are in the area.

Overall a nice stay. Have had better stays at this location. Breakfast is usually great but this time they ran out of things (bacon, milk, Greek yogurt) and they weren't replaced. We were disappointed that their usual Tues & Wed Happy Hour was not done. They said it was because of low occupancy. Shouldn't matter. I pay the same for the room regardless of occupancy. We will stay here again but hope they get back to their usual top notch services.

The hotel is in convenient location in town. Super quiet if you ask for a room away from road. Super comfortable bed and linens. Shower had hot, powerful water. Soft towels. TV large but limited cable choices. Cleaning staff is top notch. Parking easy because it was dead in winter.
No snack/drink shop offered except vending machines. Water was out of stock in vend machine on all floors. None in room. 2nd floor drink machine would not take bills or coins because jammed. Could use credit card though.
Free breakfast was really so-so. Go to Gus’s 50’s diner for way better food.
Not a pretty hotel inside or out.
Overall, expect great sleep, but that is it in December.

Very convenient. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfasts. Nice and quiet. Very pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed in an accessibility suite and everything worked fine. Staff was pleasant despite the hustle and bustle of a busy homecoming weekend for Univ. of WI.
