Нам все очень понравилось! Современные комфортные апартаменты в нереально удобном по расположению месте - 5 минут от Арены!
Уборка каждый день, шампуни подкладывают, полотенца меняют, если положить их на пол. Есть мини-кухня, плита, микроволновая печь, холодильник, ежедневно ставят 2 маленькие бутылочки с водой.
На ресепшн работают очень приятные сотрудники.
Из небольших минусов : были проблемы с сейфом, два дня подряд он не открывался, выдавал ошибку, хотя код мы вводили верно, когда к нам приходили, чтобы его починить, оказывалось, что он открывается обычным стандартным кодом (т.е. его мог открыть любой сотрудник просто так).
Ну, и немного завышена была стоимость на новогодние праздники, но тут все понятно :)
В целом, очень рекомендую!

Bianca and Sabrina were amazing managers! Could not be more polite and helpful. My husband got sick and they helped us locate a doctor who treated him.
The hotel is located perfectly for seeing the main sites. Cleanliness superb

We loved everything about this place. will love to go back and stay at this hotel again. the rooms were big and so clean and a great price. we were very sad to leave. the suites are like little apar**ents.... HIGHLY recommended

Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.

The property was very nice . The rooms was modern and very clean and the bed comfortable.Did not like the fact that reception was right outside of our door . The street outside very noisy . The air conditioning was set on very warm and we could not alter so had to sleep with the door to the balcony open and the street noise was quite loud . Check out time was 10:30 and there were no other rooms to use after check out to freshen up and our transport only left at 4pm . I think this check out time is far to early as check in time was 3:30 . The basically loose 5 hours in a full stay . In a great central location

Stunning!!! Loved this place. Perfect even with a little kids. Super clean, neat and kind. Location was perfect to walk around.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The suite gave us plenty of room to spread out after spending over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We even decided to stay an extra night.
The accommodations were very comfortable and the little kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, two burner stove, dishes and pots and pans.
It's an easy day train trip to Venice and Florence and it's nice to come back to Verona in the evening and get away from the crowds in the other cities.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was fantastic. We really enjoyed staying and had only wished we’d stayed longer! I would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again!
