Vista Verona

Gem of a hotel. Excellent location close to everything yet completely quiet at all times. Comfortable bed and nice room with umbrellas which we needed the first day. Lovely breakfast buffet and room, and delicious appetizers at night which came free with our room. We also appreciated the attentive, thoughtful service. When we asked for a late check-out, they said no-problem and had a taxi waiting for us when we needed to go to the train station. We would return in a heartbeat.

Vista Verona is such an amazing hotel and if you are looking to visit Verona, the city of love, then you will not find anywhere better. My wife and I recently visited Verona to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and was hoping to find somewhere special and wow, this place is that and more! Everything from our arrival was just perfect and clearly no amount of personal detail was ever too much trouble. From reception to our room, and from the porter to housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone was fantastic. The complimentary use of the hotel's bicycles on one evening left us with memories that we will treasure. Vista Verona would be regarded as a small boutique style hotel with 16 x rooms. It is perfectly located and is run so personably that our stay felt much more than just another hotel, but was home from home and in a style of luxury that made us feel very special. They say that the world is a big place and that there are so many must see locations to explore, and whilst this is very true, we know without any doubt that when we visit Verona again, there is only one place that we would want to stay – Vista Verona! Spoil yourselves, stay at Vista Verona and you will not be disappointed.

Just returned from Verona. This trip was planned as celebration of a “Big birthday” for my husband. And what a trip it was! We were so lucky to find this hotel. Absolutely the best in Verona in its category. In the heart of the old town, just few minutes from the “Juliette’s house” . Recently have been totally rebuilt/renovated inside an old building. No expenses saved, very high quality workmanship and beautiful design. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and it was perfect. We used a spa (highly recommended after long days of sightseeing), the steam room, the pool and very relaxing massages by Alicia. Although all staff was extremely nice and professional, special thanks to David in the reception. We would go back in heart beat!

This hotel is designed with detailed perfection. Everything is beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and we could not be happier that we chose to stay with this group having had reservations elsewhere originally. This is a luxury property that make you feel as though you are their only guest. Mossimo, Davide and Elia could not have been more wonderful. The rooms were gorgeous, they have rooftop bar for quick cocktails before a night out and a wonderful breakfast we devoured every morning! They helped make reservations at some excellent restaurants and we could not have enjoyed our stay in Verona more. We dined at Daria Ristorante & Enoteca, Osteria il Bertolda and had cocktails on the square across from the Verona Arena. we toured the castles and wandered to hearts delight in the gardens of Giusti (WHICH IS A MUST DO)!!! This is a city you can get lost in to your hearts delight just exploring! Vista Palazzo Verona made our stay perfection. We WILL be back! P.S. It is BRAND NEW!!!!

This hotel is a small gem in the heart of Verona, which itself is a gem in the middle of Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by every aspect of the hotel. The facility is perfectly situated in a quiet corner of this bustling city and close to the river. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully appointed with everything a guest might need and more. The staff is welcoming and extremely competent. The concierge staff were particularly knowledgeable and helpful. The staff bringing coffee to our room were quick and very pleasant. They all work together like a family welcoming you into their home and taking care of you. The rooftop bar and restaurant, which have magnificent views, served a wonderful breakfast spread every morning. But the true delight was discovering how talented the chef is. Dinner was so good the first night that we decided to go back for a second night. In all, this visit could not have been improved upon. We will certainly return to this place if we are lucky enough to be in Verona again.

We had the most exceptional stay at this hotel in Verona. From the convenient location to the impeccable service and friendly staff, our experience was truly unforgettable. The spa facilities were amazing and we absolutely loved the terrace (we suggest going during sunset). We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Verona!
