This is not a hotel and the location is terrible. It is a very sketchy area of the city. We did not feel safe. But more importantly this is not a hotel. This is at best an Airbnb. We called the hotel 30minutes prior our arrival to ask for car parking assistance. No one answered the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and we started to knock on the door. Finally there was someone and she said she’s a volunteer and she’s not at the property most of the time. There is no other staff. No bellboy, no security. She said she will give us a key and we will have to lock the property as we go in and out. We left the property and booked another hotel on the spot. It was super stressful as the whole city was packed because of the opera festival. This was a nightmare. I recommend to avoid this place at all cost.

Hotel parfaitement propre, plutôt bien situé ( 15min à pied du centre ville) et vraiment original. Je retournerai là bas avec plaisir !

Это было просто потрясающе! Очень гостеприимные владельцы. Приехали раньше заселения, оставили вещи и привели себя в порядок и зарегистрировались. Все новое, в идеальном состоянии, потрясающий номер со всеми удобствами, классная кухня. Мама влюбилась в их сад. Очень уютно и продуманно до мелочей! Когда я вернусь в Верону, остановлюсь опять в этом потрясающем месте!

A very nice hotel about 10 min walk from Verona Old Town, with a very nice atmosphere and stylishly decorated with a lot of monkeys. Everything is clean and comfortable, we were given very clear instructions on how to self checkin/checkout

Will certainly be staying here again! We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lovely concept behind their garden, having everything being something edible. Just fantastic.

Casa Babbuino is a very good option to stay in Italy: a lovely decoration in the building with a garden to enjoy. The staff are friendly. If you are among early birds, you may have your coffee and book and sit in the garden in the morning: this is what I have done and started my date with a happy smile.

Extremely helpful with travel complications. Very welcoming reception. Location is an oasis in a busy city. Public transportation is convenient. Loved the creative art decor and rooms are clean with new fixtures. It would be a comfortable location for a longer visit.
