Business hotel needing a little care and attention. The room was clean if tired with a power socket loose on the wall. The room was very small with an even smaller bathroom. to get to the loo you had to squeeze by the basin which then acted as an armrest whilst you where on the loo. The restaurant menu was very limited but the food acceptable. The same for the buffet breakfast. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep its fine but based on my room not a place worth visiting if you don't have to.

We stayed for one night at Vetlanda Stadshotell and enjoyed it very much. Staff is friendly and professional and happy to chat with guests. The hotel has a special a**osphere which made me feel like being in a bigger city. The room was nice, with a good view on the market square. Breakfast was excellent, including freshly made waffles, as well as a vegan offering. The location couldn´t be better if you want to see Vetlanda. The hotel also has a sauna and a fitness room, although we did not have the time to try this out.

Vetlanda, a nice quiet town with great surroundings. When visiting here we chose Vetlanda Stadshotell. Managed by family members providing excellent and personal service. Feels lika you could be at home. Breakfast can be enjoyed both inside or outside on the big porch facing the town square. This visit was about celebrating our mom who turned 80. She is originally from Vetlanda. Great memories from a still great hotell. Here, you will get a great stay with that great personal service you normally only get from your friends.

The hotel is a bit dated and run down. Stayed in summer and the rooms get very warm (no air conditioning). Alot of the time the reception staff where nowhere to be seen if you had an enquiry. Unfortunately your options are limited in where you can stay in Vetlanda. If you stay in Växjö then do this, much better hotels for less. money. Even had graffiti in the room.
