Alex at the front desk was great. She was very helpful and personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

This was my time staying there and will return. Room 405 was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t bad and I wish they had boiled eggs and oatmeal. They want for you to make the oatmeal.

We booked a king suite. We arrived, check in was very easy staff was friendly. We go to our room and start setting up the pull out couch for my daughter and there are tiny bugs on it. Which could have easily have been bed bugs. We talked to the front desk about moving rooms and they did that immediately.

There are "several" hotels closer to most of the shopping and eating locations in Victoria...but I appreciated being a bit farther out. This hotel is very clean and all the "expected" amenities are excellent. We had two small issues...the room phone did not work (I used my cell phone to report this), and I needed to call down to get bedding for the pull-out couch (and they had no extra pillows...good thing this was for a 5 year old that had her own pillow!!). I would give this hotel 4 1/2 of 5 stars!
P.S. My 5 y/o REALLY liked the automatic pancake machine!!
