The hotel location is accessible. No room service despite of our request in advance but the staff is friendly.

這個酒店不推薦，設施陳舊，環境比較差。且我們有個房間，進去後竟然沒收拾衞生。提醒前台後，晚上回酒店，依然沒弄。

The commode in the toilet was moving. The shower knob was out of adjustment. The water was either super cold or super hot. Hot side of the knob threw cold water and the cold side threw hot. Missed getting my skin burn by seconds. Pathetic on cleanliness. Wifi wasn't working. Staff too was helpless because of poor management. They tried to help but were clueless. Worst experience till date.

there is a lot of sirens around this area. a lot of homeless hanging around. the hotel itself is quite nice though

Unfortunately extremely noisy, especially at night. Blanket and pillow covers had random blood spots.

The hotel was ok. Not bad, not great. Outside is worse than inside. Dated. But relatively clean. Not enough towels for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Price was good and only 1 block from Save on More Centre. Which was why we were there. Hood underground parking. Great coffee shop next door.
