This place is wonderful - bed was super comfortable and the upper deck was a great place to sip wine and feel the sea breezes. Breakfasts were excellent- Jen is a great host and very helpful. We had an early morning appointment which was accommodated. This is a excellent stay in a heritage house within easy walking distance from James Bay Village.

We spent 2 nights here in the Eleanor Suite which is located on the second floor at the back of this beautiful home. Jen is super friendly & provided delicious breakfasts for us. The bed and room were very comfortable. Dinner recommendations were great. Location is perfect for walking to the harbour & downtown Victoria. Highly recommend this cozy spot.

Jen is a fantastic host in an exceptional location in James Bay. Fischer house is beautiful and Jen is a fantastic cook and very helpful with travel tips up the island. Without question we will stay at Fisher House again.

Lovely old home, wonderful breakfasts, welcoming friendly host. Parking for guests tight and limited for a pickup truck.

This BnB is quite lovely. Well appointed and charming as it can get. Plus Jennifer, the proprietor, is so sweet and accommodating. The property is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It’s a find!!!
