We had an amazing stay. Very clean and loved the balcony Great front desk staff as well. Enjoyed the free warm cookies.

Room is very small and very different from the photo. There is a piece of broken glass on the floor and my daughter stepped on it and her foot was hurt. Do not recommend it at all.

Perfect stay in Victoria! We loved the quiet room and location! The very gentle attention with THE Welcome cookie made the difference ;) I would stay again with pleasure…

We booked with almost half price on Trip. It worth it! Perfect location, walking distance to everywhere. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was a bit old but still clean and comfortable. No need to complain with such price.

LOVE this hotel and wish to come back next time! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. There’s even a microwave in the room. Best location in Victoria downtown. Have a starbucks right at the lobby and a 7-11 around the corner.

I had another great stay here. The valet was super friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. Front desk agent was very sweet. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.
