Loved the idea of sleeping on the water. Property was relatively quiet considering the owner lives above and a second unit right next door. Shared air blower/kettle not ideal as wasn't available when needed. There was no tv (which is good and bad) but be aware. Loved our included breakfast at Imagine Cafe. Room was smaller but very clean and sufficient.

Weather conditions prevented us from traveling to Victoria earlier today. We phoned the property and asked for a refund or a credit. They refused.

This property and the area are so unique and it was a lovely experience to sleep in a home on the water! Carene was lovely and so helpful. We also loved the breakfast and the staff at Imagine Cafe! I feel like this is a “must experience” at least once in your life kinda thing!

Definitely a unique stay in the Fisherman's Wharf. The room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony to have our morning coffee. The host was very pleasant.

Unique place to stay at Fisherman's Wharf. Wonderful host and charming rooms decorated with lovely details. My family and I experienced the lively food scene and great whale watching right on the wharf. Parking is well organized. Convenient little boat transfer to the main attraction of Victoria downtown.

Like a boarding house with all the rules stuck here and there with cellotape. No luxury linen - infact hand towel and bath matt dirty. Extremely basic - balcony has no sun and cold - no view. Have to share a hair dryer with other room. Shower a dribble. Over priced - good location

We had the great fortune of coming across this lovely B&B. Beautiful home, wonderful owners and superbly run. Great attention to detail. There is nothing that is overlooked. In all our travels this is hands down the best B&B that we have ever stayed at.

Easy check-in, very easy to reach and helpful host. Location is phenomenal and parking is included. Couldn't ask for a better place.
