The location is a bit far because we need to walk on a slope every time when we have to reach the hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is very clean and bright, and the pool is okay.

I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

先月に続き2度目の宿泊です。やはりロケーションよく便利。アメニティは最低限ですが問題なし。
18階からのレストランの眺望もよくお食事もボリューミーで美味しかったです。
コンパクトだからこその使い勝手の良さを感じます。

一家人出遊定了兩個套房 地方挺大
酒店有翻新過可是還是看的出有些老舊的地方
沒有中央空調，衹有房間裏有一個移動式空調，客廳的床晚上睡覺還是有些熱
員工服務很好每天早上經過前台都很熱情跟我們打招呼聊天

房間很乾凈 但是某些設備有點老舊（比如燒水壺）當時住一樓外面就是停車場 稍微有點不舒服 其他都不錯 前台服務特別特別好

Amazing service ! Beautiful property in a perfect location . Try and get a top floor if you can for a better view . Very clean and the bar is wonderful. I will be back again 😊
