The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & they're pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back for another visit.

This is the second time we stayed at the same hotel for Christmas to visit family. Once again my complaints are the same, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the shower is horrible. I rented two rooms and one of the showers was spraying all over the place. (437) A small investment in replacing the shower heads with handheld showers would make a huge difference.
The staff was super friendly. That was a plus.

The front desk agent never adviced of security deposit only seen it after looking at cc statement and it was on there twice

The staff was very nice and so was the lobby. Once you got on the elevator you felt extremely unsafe. We were on the 3rd floor and when you walked down the halls it felt and sounded like you were going to fall through the floor. The beds were terrible, it felt like you were sleeping on a deflated air mattress. Multiple people in my family were staying there for. Family reunion and they all had the same issues plus their own.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable it seemed like a relatively old mattress. They need to hire more front desk clerks. Line was sick deep when checking in, checking out the computer was forever. Again pillows and bed we're very poor.
