Not Service oriented at all. I did sent an email on Sunday for reservation at the rooftop Bar for Wednesday. No answer, a reminder on Monday - nothing, another email on Tuesday - still nothing. Then I called on Tuesday, 15 Minuten in the waiting....Finale I gave up. There are better places in Vienna. Been there already at the Bar, staff unfriendly, speaks barely englisch, german no way.... hello, we are in Austria!!! Also staff is almost unrecognizable in their turquoise sweaters, first I thought they were guests as well, they did not give us the impressions they were our hosts.

It is a modern hotel with smal rooms what is quite sustainable. However it was not possible to turn off the Aircondition completely. Who does not like to hear the noise of A/C all night should not select this hotel. For all others it is an almost perfect hotel with beautiful view from the bar and swimmingpool on the rooftop. Notice that you have to book a deckchair at the pool, especially in Summer.

Although just open and some startup issues.. did not experience any discomfort from this. Friendly staff, great cuban vibe at the rooftop bar, good food and drinks

The hotel is verry confortable and well situated in the heart of the city. The restaurant and the roof top bar are impressive, offering good views.

We arrived and the room booked was to small so they upgraded us no questions and at every turn when we requested something, they had it immediately from cables, ice, towels, anything was possible and instant!

Loved our stay with a great vibe, super friendly staff and delicious cocktails. It's a shame about not being able to sit outside on the terrace on the entrance level after 22.30 o'clock.
