Five stars staff from front desk to bar to cleaning. This is the main strength of this Ibis alongside the excellent location. Walking distance to the most important artery of the city extending to the train station it also has a nice outdoor area to have breakfast and/or a drink. The staff, especially Elodie at front desk is very helpful and can serve as a tour guide. The rooms are basic, but clean and relatively spacious. THe breakfast is delicious and a lot of local products are provided. The highly energetic staff cater for any needs one might have and they are always generous, offering complimentary perks with meals and orders. The in-house food is also a good option if too tired to visit a restaurant. Will be back anytime in town.

The hotel is located centrally - close to everything and restaurants are are short walk away. There is parking but you need a very small car for it. There is gated parking 100 metres away that is 13 euro for 24 hours. I used that each day. The breakfast is basic and the scrambled eggs are extremely sloppy, but it was either that or cold hard boiled eggs. Plenty of bread options of course. I had a room on the top floor which has a small ceiling window. The view was actually nice, but only visible if you stick your head out of the window. Small room but has what you need. TV at the end of the bed (only French channels) that you cannot connect to via your phone but you can via USB. I therefore could not use it. Bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned each day. If you have a shower at peak times, the hot water is inconsistent as is the power, other times, no problem. The shower door actually has a large hole where the door handle should be which meant the floor was soaking wet after each shower, so I ended up squeezing a towel in the hole to stop it. Girls at reception are nice and helpful.

lost child plushie, we slept in this hotel from 16 august till 17 august. on 17 august i noticed that we missed something, it’s my kid’s pink, squared plushie. well.. it doesn’t really look like a plushie, it’s more like a small towel and it looks pretty old. But it means a lot to her since she had it since birth and it hurts to see how emotional she is about the lost of it. we tried to contact the hotel but there were barely staff members who could speak english, so it was hard to communicate. i hope someone else will find it and will try to contact me by sending me a message, to contact me you can just click on my profile and send me a message. thanks a lot already!

This hotel looks great on website & photos. It’s clean & modern. What it doesn’t state is if you arrive & their car park is full there is absolutely nowhere to park your car. My husband ended up 4 miles away. Met a lovely Swiss couple with two young children who couldn’t find anywhere to park & they were terrified - it’s not a great neighbourhood. Lovely views of water, product as expected. Staff have no clue. Amazingly they have staff but untrained & nothing worked….Accor need to sort this out as i rarely stay in an Accor hotel & if this is what I’d get globally I wouldn’t be back, sorry. We’ll leave as early as possible in the morning

We asked for and received a room with river view. Room was clean and quiet, standard Ibis. Lovely view of river. Breakfast buffet good choices. Enclosed courtyard as option to eat outdoors if desired. Easy access, short walk to city sights, city square, shops, very well positioned for the Roman archeological sites. It is a few blocks walk to the main street with all the restaurants by the cruise dock and tourist office. (Note that the Ibis budget is located in this area by the tourist office.) We were able to get a spot to park in the lower level secure parking garage however the front desk was not aware we desired parking which we had requested in the "comments" section of our online reservation. In followup to some other reviews, we were driving a rental compact and had no problem at all negotiating the garage. Suggest that you make a specific reservation for parking if you want the garage. Street parking could have been difficult. Friendly staff.

Très bien mais...il serait TRÈS opportun de changer les grooms des portes de chambres. Une porte qui claque à 6h du mat alors que vous vous êtes couché à 3h ça irrite. Les incivilités des gens !!! Pensez à réserver votre parking

Bruit de soufflerie continu pour les chambres sur cour intérieure Wifi quasi inexistante. Accueil sympathique chambres correctes (literie, salle de bain, propreté . . .). Mais boulles quies imperatives. Donc l' établissement est à eviter

ideal pour 1 nuit de transit. Personnel compétent et efficace. Jolis lieux collectifs (jardin attractif mais il fait trop chaud). Nous avons pû diner avec quelques plats simples mais efficaces et la serveuse souriante et gentille. La chambre, type ibis 3 étoiles, pas de charme mais pour 1 nuit, ça fait l affaire. La literie est de qualité excellente (sauf la 3eme personne, catastrophique !) Un petit plus, bouteilles d eau par cette chaleur serait une touche sympa.

Hôtel proche autoroute idéal quand on doit faire une pause sur un long trajet. Personnel aimable et accueillant tant à l’hôtel qu’au restaurant. Chambre très confortable et propre. Nous recommandons cet établissement de la chaîne accord .
