The hotel was clean and neat it's was good i recommend people to visit i would like to visit again very soon for the same

it was a wonderful movement I spent at the hotel . we have hosted Doctors conference, the whole team had cooperated well , food was also tasty and hospitality was excellent , mr. Sagar banquet manger and mr. Arif and all bell boy , and house keeping over all every thing was good

Very dirty room. The room had not been cleaned. The staff wasn't willing to provide me early check in even though they had available rooms the bathroom had not been cleaned. The balcony was dirty with pigeon. Overall a very bad experience woudnt recommend anyone to stay here

Very very bad experience with a hotel pleasant stay. They don't clean the room every morning they don't provide mineral water, u have to purchase bisleri from them every day we have to stay and sleep with cockroaches
too much cockroaches are everywhere in every room they don't provide you, your room on time. They will exhaust our time to room allocate don't book your room with breakfast they don't have any staff for morning breakfast preparation
they served only up-ma and idli they don't provide any tea maker for 2000+ rooms they don't provide any shaving kit. Toothbrush kit. Fresh towel. Dont book this hotel. this is very horrible experience

An amazing ambience and clean service provided by the staff and there was neat and clean surrounding the food was very delicious

It was pleasant stay as name of the property. Staff found a very humble and cooperative except hotel security personnel. Food quality was good. I will definitely plan to stay at pleasant only if l permit to stay in vijayapura.

Rooms are good with nice centralized ac. All amminities are good. Room service & staff is good. Parking is little concern but security guys help you

The room was clean and well maintained and staff was good, overall good experience, they have all the facilities, rooms food and bar and with good features , the service they provide the price is reliable ………………
