Everything in the hotel was good, except the restaurant i have booked restaurant with complimentary breakfast. After check-in. I have asked them from which time the next day morning complimentary dreakfast starts. They said it will start from 8am, i have went to the restaurant at 8:10, still nothing is ready excepted idly, i was hurry. I need to reach high court of andhra pradesh by 9:30 am, so i have decided to eat idli and leave. But some told not to start. 2. Intercom phones in hotel or not working, i have told them many times, but no one came to check

Allotted room was not really ready for occupation. We made them to change the bed sheets and bed covers. The breakfast served is substandard. Better we take room without breakfast and go out for breakfast

It is very easy to locate property locations as very close to the railway station. Hotel amenities are very excellent, and the room is very good, nice, and clean. I was a bit a little bit upset about the room service, and kettle was not kept in the room. Overall, my experience is very good.

Overall good except for few omissions in house keeping. Service of staff is good and courteous. Central location particularly very near to bus stand, railway station, durga temple etc.

Excellent service, absolutely perfect place to stay in vijaywada, for business or family tour. I strongly recommended this property.

Spacious and well maintained rooms. Clean toilet and shower. Good housekeeping service. In house restaurant is there however all food items listed on the menu are not available at all times. Food quality was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located very close to vijaywada jn railway station.

Through internet. As i wanted to stay near railway station so that after oiffice work i would refresh and return back. I google it and found the southern grand with good feedback but in reality it is quite different. Minimum facilities like bottled water, hot water cattle etc and no maintenance of the come out (room no 209, pillow covers are not washed.
