Staff was very friendly, and security at night made us feel safe. The area was very quiet and hotel room was very clean.
We arrived early in the morning and the staff offered to hold our luggage until check in. At check out, they had someone double check to ensure we didn’t forget any of our items. Overall would definitely stay here again!

I always stay here when I come to Colima. Very clean, very comfortable, near good restaurants, great service! My only issue is the poor wifi.

What I didn’t like it was there were saying that they were missing some towels. There was nothing missing. When I did my checked out.

Staff is nice and pleasant. The facility is pretty and comforting. There an AC and ceiling fan that work perfectly. The room and hotel is very clean. They do an awesome job at cleaning the room each day. Parking is awesome and surfer used. Only down side there’s no hot water and no elevator.

Stayed from December 24 to January 2. Limited parking or no parking when hotel is at capacity. Tv remote didnt work. Little holes in front door that are see through. One guest had his vehicle catalitic converter stolen from his vehicle (newer toyota pickup) in hotel parking lot the night of January 1st /morning of January 2nd. He asked me to look under his car to help him confirm it was catalitic convereter. Overall it was a good stay in good location. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years.
