Pierre & Vacances Residence l'Ange Gardien

Witam, absolutnie nie polecam tej rezydencji! Zawsze miałem pozytywne doświadczenia z edukacją i gościnnością Francuzów i mieszkańców Prowansji, ale ta Résidence była niestety doświadczeniem negatywnym. Mieliśmy zarezerwowany marcowy weekend dla całej rodziny, ale oboje z żoną mieliśmy ostrą grypę z wysoką gorączką, która uniemożliwiła nam wyjazd, więc chcieliśmy to przełożyć o 2 tygodnie. Wielokrotnie wysyłaliśmy e-maile z wielką życzliwością, załączając zaświadczenia lekarskie, ale nie raz odpowiedzieli nam w nieprzyjemny i zrzędliwy sposób, że to oni są naszymi problemami, tracąc kwotę całej rezerwacji i nie mogąc przełożyć jej na inne terminy. Niestety zarówno moja żona, jak i ja byliśmy rozczarowani tym sposobem robienia rzeczy, które powodują, że turyści uciekają! Mieliby wiele do nauczenia się o sposobach robienia i życzliwości turystyki Romagna. Nie rozumieją, że jeśli dobrze traktują klienta, to on wraca i dobrze reklamuje obiekt, tworząc kolejny biznes, ale stosują zrzędliwe i nieludzkie zachowanie, które na dłuższą metę ich dekompensuje. Mam nadzieję, że będę miał więcej pozytywnych doświadczeń w innych zakładach w Prowansji.

To po prostu wstyd! Anulujesz mój pobyt dzień przed wyjazdem, zarezerwowany na 6 miesięcy na wyjazd z żoną i trójką dzieci, zastępując go mieszkaniem dalej, o połowę mniejszym (zarezerwowałem 45m2, znajduję się na 26m2 z trójką nastolatków), Rezerwowałem z widokiem na morze, znalazłem się z widokiem na drogę z potwornym hałasem, rezerwowałem z klimatyzacją, skończyło się na prostym wentylatorze bez ręczników, przesadnie brudnym mieszkaniu i warunkach bytowych gorszych niż w pierwszej klasie hotelu!!!!!! Kiedy anulujemy lub zdecydujemy się na wymianę pobytu, komercyjnie rzecz biorąc, musimy go wymienić na identyczny lub lepszy produkt!!!!!!!! Miejsce do wycieku, a przede wszystkim nie rezerwuj z maeva

Przestarzałe i źle utrzymane mieszkanie. Na dodatek brudno!!! Nie zatrzymam się tam ponownie, mimo że rezydencja jest bardzo dobrze położona. Szkoda.... Na szczęście nie był to mój pierwszy pobyt w Pierre et Vacances, bo inaczej nie powtórzyłbym tego doświadczenia!

Właśnie wróciliśmy z jesiennej przerwy w L'Ange Gardien w Villefranche. Cóż za wspaniała lokalizacja z doskonałymi udogodnieniami - z których najlepszym jest basen na dachu. Arthur w recepcji był bardzo pomocny i nic nie stanowiło problemu (jest coś ciepłego i pomocnego w personelu pracującym na Lazurowym Wybrzeżu). Położony 15 minut spacerem do Beaulieu i Villefranche. 10 minut jazdy samochodem do Cap Ferrat. Lunch w African Queen w porcie Beaulieu nie zawiódł, a obsługa była pierwszej klasy. Następnie niedzielny lunch we włoskiej restauracji Diva na Quai Lindbergh w St Jean Cap Ferrat był po prostu pyszny (francusko-włoski kelner jest tam wspaniały). Chciałem zachować to w tajemnicy, ale jestem im to winien, aby podzielić się z wami naszym doświadczeniem.

We were sharing a small apar**ent with another couple, good friends of ours. We found the location fantastic. A short walk to the beach and into Villefranch and Beaulieu. Close to bus stops and train station for trips into Nice and Monaco and further afield. The public transport system is brilliant and good value. By the way, the 100 bus is now the 607. The hotel itself is fine. Rooms are small but adequate. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a very nice pool. The only problem we had is that we didn’t realise that there is no one on reception on a Sunday, the day we arrived. However we managed to use the phone number on the front door which connected us to someone from the hotel and as a result we were able to open the key box and get into our room. If you are looking for a well situated, clean and tidy hotel this represents excellent value.

DO NOT STAY IN 215! Ugh the worst air B&B I have ever stayed in. The host, Betty is completely unresponsive. NO sheets only 2 extremely worn and old towels for a family of 3 AND THE AC DID WORK in the 2nd bedroom, only one small unit for 2 separate rooms and the air does not flow into the back bedroom. I am flabbergasted beyond belief. We are having to look for another place to stay and this is peak summer season but we are determined to find something reasonably and clean. Unbelievable. Even the refrigerator wasn't plugged in.... really? Nothing works in this rundown outdated place. WiFi is very spotty 🙄. We read the reviews and they looked decent. I feel like I've been duped into staying at Bates motel. Gross! Vacationer beware!

We used to stay here in the '80s but when our favourite hotel in Villefranche (the Welcome) was closed for a month in February 2022 we decided to return here. Nothing has changed since the '80s and it's been cosmetically damaged for repairs over the years leaving the building looking very shabby. However, we sort of knew what to expect and just wanted a large apar**ent for a balcony for a few days with easy walking access to Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. The criticism is meant in the spirit of being constructive and we'd very likely return for the space and the location but it's getting tired and this need not be the case.

Ideal place - easy walk for the beach and the town, would highly recommend. It's not posh, it's not modern, but it's safe, with friendly staff, and a bargain in such an expensive area. If you're looking for a romantic hotel experience, this isn't for you, but if you're a family, or a group of friends needing a good base - this is for you.

Excellent location. An easy 15 minute walk to restaurants in Villefranche and Beaulieu, 30 minute walk to St Jean Cap Ferrat. The apar**ent block is jaded and needs a refurb. The apar**ents are also tiny, the one we rented slept 5 ( tiny double room, small bathroom, kitchenette with no oven just hob/dw/ microwave and two sofas that would serve as single beds and one bed tucked away which would take up the whole floor area. I have stayed in bigger mobile homes. The pool is lovely but we were charged 5 euros each to use it for a day. We were given coloured wrist bands but were the only ones there with them, apparently the whole business arrangement between Pierre et vacances and customers/owners/apar**ents sublet independently is a mess. We requested air con, having heard that not all apar**ents were fitted with it. We were told by phone there would be a charge of " about 10 euros a day". We weren't charged. The place was spotless, the pool bar great Nearest supermarket was 15 minute walk away towards Beaulieu port, a far better one was 20 minute away by Beaulieu train station (Super U). We got an Uber back for 12 euros and stocked up on heavies. Will definitely return but will require cast iron proof of A/C . Seaview apt is essential.
