I had some kind of notion that Ibis equalled cheap , travellodge type accommodation. Turns out I was wrong. We booked in here after a long trying day , trying ( and failing ) to find an idyllic campsite on the banks of the Dordogne. First impressions were a bit weird. The hotel entrance was pretty much empty , furniture all stacked up and no one about . However , the delightful woman on reception could not have been more helpful or indeed , charming. We booked a double room for 90 euros ( £75 ) which included breakfast. Seemed a good deal . The room was immaculate. The sheets were crisp white and either very well ironed or indeed , brand new. We both had an excellent sleep. The bathroom was a wet room. Again, immaculate. A lovely hot shower , I even sat down ! Large white fluffy towels and lots of them. This has been a lovely surprise and we would definitely recommend if you , like us, are passing through and want a simple stopover. We are just about to go for breakfast. We are expecting something simple but may, yet again, be surprised !

Upon check in we were NOT ASKED for PASS SANITAIRE.At no point during stay did we have to présent it. At all times during our stay the bar, lounge were closed. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Staff member on duty and seemingly taking care of both reception and breakfast was surly. We found 5 dirt encrusted knives in the container for breakfast cutlery. When handed these, staff member snatched them without apology. No staff member on duty from 20.00h Friday evening till Saturday morning which we found unsettling should there be an emergency. Notice in elevator about there possibly being a lack of some weekend staff on day duty. Room usual size and condition but carpet could have done with a better vacuuming. We emailed to an address given on hotel website re our concerns. However, no reply. A very disappointing stay. Previously we had stayed at the delightful Ibis Styles in Vendres, and had not been expecting such a difference in quality.

Réceptionniste adorable. Chambre familiale pour 4 confortable et propre. Un très bon buffet de petit dej. Et en prime nous avons pu garer notre voiture plus caravane. Des resto juste à côté pour manger le soir. Bref que des compliments. Adresse à retenir

Le personnel est sympathique et bienveillant. Par contre l'hôtel est vetuste: moquettes sales et les murs sont mal insonorisés. Nous entendions le bruit des restaurants aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner pour un ibis style est correct et peut mieux faire. Pas de belle présentation comme d'habitude. La taille est petite. Bref correct mais peut mieux faire pour le prix payé.

Très bon accueil, hôtel bien entretenu et agréable. Chambre confortable, bonne literie et salle de bain très fonctionnelle. J'ai dû annuler une deuxième nuit de réservation et n'ai reçu aucune réponse à ma demande de la part de booking. La personne à l'accueil s'est chargée de contacter booking et après 25 minutes au téléphone à réussi à régler mon problème. Je recommande cet hôtel sans réserve qui de plus dispose de 2 restaurants à moins de 10 m et d'un grand parking.

Une hôtesse d’accueil (Nasmi) très souriante et serviable Le petit déjeuner est très varié Les chambres sont propres. Il est vrai qu’il y’a un bar en dessous ou l’on entend un peu les gens discuter mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça En bref un bon séjour en famille

Personnel bienveillant. Hôtel bien situé! Chambre correcte mais un vrai bémol pour la propreté de l’établissement… surtout les parties communes ! Couverts du petit déjeuner sales… Petit déjeuner très basique mériterai un peu plus d’options notamment des fruits uniquement des Kiwi de proposés (pas la saison) et que du thé aux fruits rouges pas d’autre choix , manque de réassort (fromage et charcuterie).
