Stayed at this hotel several times driving down to southern Brittany from Calais and have always found it excellent. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with Seaview. Good value for money.

Family room- first day the air-condition didn't work. Toilet for children only very small and broken. Breakfast- you need to wait all the time for something (no plates, no glasses, no fork, no bread, etc). Lobby team not nice at all. Very bad experience!!!

Clean nice rooms however air conditioning did not work properly and we did not manage to get any compensation…. Breakfast menu was very thin even if they had fresh orange juice. Location is great just a couple of steps away from the beach well suited for taking a swim

The staff was very helpful, polite and nice. The hotel was quiet, with very few guests and I think this was a plus. I have stayed in many Ibis hotels and in terms of rooms furnishing and age, this was the worst. Just be comparison, the Ibis Styles in Flers is much better.

Accueil très sympathique et cordial, chambre petite mais agréable, petit déjeuner en dessous des normes ibis style, pas de produits locaux sauf un camenbert sorti du réfrigérateur. Gros problème d’entretien de la chambre, l’aspirateur doit avoir peur de franchir le seuil et en trois nuits jamais le lit n’a été refait juste la couette remise à peu prêt sur le lit et les oreillers remis à la va vite, très déçu alors que notre visite il y a quatre ans était des plus réussie, personnel sans doute difficile à recruter mais un minimum de surveillance est nécessaire. Robinetterie très sale.

J'ai fait une réservation avec un Bon Cadeau le 13 février pour le 1er week-end de mars. Lors des différents échanges tout était OK, j'ai même reçu un mail de confirmation. Sur la route le 1er mars quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de recevoir un mail m'informer que finalement le bon n'était plus valable et que la réservation ne pouvait être honoré. Je trouve intraduisible ce manque de professionnalisme sans même un geste commercial. J'ai contacté le service commercial d'accord et je n'ai reçu à ce jour aucun retour malgré une promesse de recontact rapide.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en bord de plage. Après plusieurs séjours en chambre dans cet hôtel, nous avons découvert qu'il proposait des appartements au 4e et dernier étage, une chambre un séjour avec kitchenette, une salle de bain/WC plus un WC indépendant et beaucoup de rangements. Parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine. Surclassés vue mer et parking souterrain offert avec le statut Platinium. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Tisanes, café à disposition dans le lobby/coin bar. Hôtel et chambres en très bon état et joliment décorés. Très bon choix pour un séjour au calme entre Deauville et Cabourg.

Je suis un grand habitué de cet hôtel, que je loue souvent pour visiter de la famille à Villers. Je trouve que tout est convenable, malgré le prix un peu exagéré par rapport à la gamme, mais c'est un problème qui se généralise en France, qui est un pays qui ne fait aucun effort sur le confort immobilier. Le personnel est très accomodant sur chacune de mes demandes, le petit-déjeuner confortable et les choix satisfaisants à mon goût. Le seul problème récurrent de cet établissement, c'est que l'insonorisation entre les chambres est extrêmement mauvaise, et on y est souvent exposé à des bruits d'impacts assez sauvages, entre le nettoyage matinal et les clients pas toujours très discrets. Cela entame le confort des séjours. C'est vraiment dommage, car tout le reste est top dans cet hôtel, mais je conçois volontiers que ce problème ne soit pas des plus simples à régler. En revanche, pour justifier le prix de la nuitée, des rénovations en ce sens ne seraient pas superflues.
