Awesome hotel just steps away from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent design and staff. Bedroom floor in the suite was dirty with crumbs and hair, but quickly remedied. Shower door didn’t work so water all over the place, but plenty of towels brought to soak up wet floor. Friendly staff.

The bathrooms were clean, but not at the level that they should be for this hotel. The rooftop bar wasn't great. The food at the restaurant was terrific. I felt very good in this hotel overall. It is luxurious for Vina del Mar.

Stay was very good. Breakfast was great at the start of the stay however the choice got progressively less as the week went on.
Staff were helpful and attentive, hotel was clean and tidy.
