Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful.

It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.

We spent 3 night here in quarantine. We had room service and the food was not very good. We ordered Cheeseburgers and Potato Chips. We got French Fries and not chips. Another time we ordered 1 bowl of vanilla ice cream and 1 bowl of chocolate ice cream. They gave us 2 bowls of mixed vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Another day, they rang our door about 6:30am with breakfast that we did not order. It was ham sandwiches and fruit. The sandwiches were horrible tasting, and looked bad also. A nice guy came up to our room the 1st day and while he was there, we asked him to st the TV to English. He tried, but could not get English. We spent 3 days in the room with Spanish and we don't know Spanish.

Hôtel très mal situé, quartier inhospitalier avec un seul restaurant à proximité ( 10mn à pied ) . Chambre assez grande, salle de bain correcte. Retard de 25 mn dans l'ouverture du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner : prévue à 6h30, effective à 6h55 malgré notre insistance; inadmissible quant le départ pour l'aéroport est fixé à 7h30..

Buen lugar para hospedarse. El servicio podría ser un poco más agradable pero en general todo bien. la ubicacion es muy buena y nos resultaba cerquita de todo para poder recorrer la ciudad. Considerable para otra estadia en Viña. La proxima vez con vista al mar
