Rude staff, I don’t know the name of the lady but might be the same as another reviewer was complaining about. She wants to scam me with some fake rules and regulations, trying to charge me more then asked me to sign the paper without even letting me read it.
Rooms are old fashioned, AC is old and noisy, food average, location is not bad. Over expensive.
I left, and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

房間有點舊了，隔音還好。周邊吃的喝的比較多，還有一個大公園。餐廳比較小。小桌太少，都是大桌，剛好遇到組團吃飯。找了半天才找到位置。是我住過的孟清酒店裡麪最差的。

Phòng ổn nhưng với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao thì mình thấy không tới, máy lạnh cũ, hơi ồn. Lễ tân thì đa phần vui vẻ nhưng có bạn lễ tân tên Tâm (nữ) rất khó chịu, nói chuyện với khách rất cộc cằn, làm dịch vụ không nên tuyển những lễ tân như vậy, quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp so với thương hiệu Mường Thanh. Chỉ được cái nằm gần chỗ mình đi công tác nên mình chọn thôi. Nếu lần sau đi du lịch chắc không book chỗ này.

The breakfast buffet is very diverse, many choices of food, and the food is also quite delicious. The staff are very friendly, fun and lovely. They all took great care of me during my stay. The hotel is close to the city center so travel is very convenient. Everything is great

Stayed one night here as part of our journey through Vietnam on to our next destination. Hotel was fine. Big room with two beds and reasonable size bathroom. Room smelled Smokey and the mattress was extremely hard. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful

Kỳ nghỉ đầy ý nghĩa với những trải nghiệm đáng nhớ, đặc biệt là khách sạn tôi đã dừng chân. Khách sạn Mường Thanh Phương Đông thật sự có vị trí đẹp, trung tâm thành phố với không gian thoáng, sạch sẽ và sự đón tiếp rất nhiệt tình từ lúc vào sảnh. Chất lượng các dịch vụ cũng rất tuyệt vời và nhanh chóng.

Gia đình chúng tôi có 2 ngày nghỉ tại đây, không gian khách sạn và nhà hàng thoáng view thành phố rất đẹp. Cả nhà dùng bữa tại khách sạn, đồ ăn ngon, món đa dạng và hợp khẩu vị( thích nhất là món súp lươn). Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Tôi sẽ quay lại đây trong lần tới.
