Simple room nice view. Bed very comfortable. Trashy garage area. Smelled horrible

The hotel was in a very bad area. The locks on the front and deck doors were broken and we felt very unsafe. We checked out 2 days early once we were able to reserve new rooms at a safer hotel

I reserve 2 rooms for 2 days. Maid services is upon request, I only requested towels for both of our rooms, asked twice and never received them. But what I did get was a pile of dirty towels in front of my room from 11 on Saturday and it was still there when we check out on Sunday at 11. I also let the receptionist know about a bug (I will not name the bug, but it was big, and I have pictures) that I found in the hall in between the rooms, and I was being nice because they were a lot of younger children in the hotel, so I kick it to a corner. I let receptionist know around 10 am on Saturday and it was still there on Sunday at 11. The guy that checked us in was super nice and friendly. The only reason I give a 2 on staff and service. The location is perfect.

The patio door wasn’t latched when we arrived, and opened VERY easily, but other wise was great. We would stay again, waking up to the ocean was the best part

I requested room services several times, but none was provided. The room was dusty,I had to go get my own towels from the front desk. Customer service was poor, except for Brian who was helpful. The door to the patio lock was brooken.

Front desk employee wasn’t helpful. They don’t answer the phone at the front desk. Trash in the hallways. Stains on the comforter. Door to balcony gets stuck. Shower was slippery. Hand soap was hanging off the wall. Room was small. Hallways and elevator stink!

There was a lamp that was broken and the metal part of the shade was in the broken part. The bathroom faucet was broken The commode didn’t work. Had to fix myself. Stains on the bed and chairs. The floor was wet beside the bed and wall. The people were rude.
