This is the third time i had booked in q hotel. The previous 2 times my stay was ok but this time it was a disaster. I am aware that my booking starts from 12:00pm but i had a meeting at 10:00 am and i reached the hotel by 9. The receptionist was very rude and told he cannot entertain me till 12. I requested a bathroom for changing and keep my luggage till 12 but he flatly refused. I immediately checked into a neighboring hotel and didn’t go to q hotel again.

The location is near the rk beach. But the amenities and services are not best. They will not provide basic things, once you ask they will provide you.

1. Rooms are very small not worth for money 2. Don't go for complimentary breakfast they won't consider kids count only they will provide for only adults and very delay in getting it. 3. Service is not good they are not providing good kettle for heating water. Very bad experience. 4. I won't refer to this hotel.

Hotel staff is not too welcoming, room cleaning not done in time, in fact after too much request they clean room in the evening.

Location of property is near the beach there is no tea provided and no food provided worst experience i would not recommend anyone waste of money

Hotel is good, there is no concern, but it's not a hotel it's a better lodge, as inhouse food not available, they are not providing fridge

Hotel location is excellent but they don't care about customer requirement. I booked 2 rooms and they had 1 given me 1 room on 1st floor and other one on 3rd floor. Despite room available on same floor manager didn't accepted our request. Guests have to ask for amenities. They don't provide water bottle daily or toiletries. Also they don't have kitchen so no room service.
