This hotel don't provide mineral waters or other ameneties.

Hotel un po’ datato, si vede comunque la ristrutturazione recente che e buona…il problema è la “grandezza” delle stanze, troppo piccole e poco spazioso anche il bagno. Pavimenti e doccia nuovi, colazione media. Gentili le due receptionist. :-) Nota molto positiva la posizione, noi siamo capitati al quarto ed ultimo piano nella stanza 404, vista sul mare stupenda!!

Ottima esperienza. Albergo molto pulito, staff alla reception gentilissimo, camera piccola ma confortevole. La vista mare della stanza è stato il tocco in più a questi splendidi 3 giorni a Rimini. Possibilità di un parcheggio privato. Colazione abbondante ma organizzazione un po' caotica che portava ritardi nel rifornire il buffet. Unica nota negativa: il pane fresco tagliato e spalmato di burro e marmellata... no no no. Meglio pane intero a parte e ognuno si spalma cio' che vuole.

It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool

Direct access to beach!!! Receptionist said that she calls restaurant to book table for us. She obviously did not do it and we had to walk off again and find another restaurant. -

Like - Reception staff are very helpful and they speak English. The hotel has a very good location and is right on the beach. They clean the rooms on daily bases. The double room is small around 14 sqm. The inside of the hotel looks new and is clean. Disliked · Breakfast is very, very poor ! If you do not have diabetes you will ! It is imposible to rest in the rooms due to the permananet noises from the corridor and closing doors. The walls seems to be made out of paper. You can hear all from other rooms. The staff from the restaurant was looking like he servs time in prison not at work. From the outside the hotel looks like 30 years ago. Parking is at 900 m from the hotel. Safe box is very small and dose not work with the code.

The location is excellent! It’s 5 min walk from the train, and there’s an exit right on to the beach. The breakfast was great with many options. We were super happy with the hotel, only downside is that the walls are so thin and you can hear everything, and that made some problems with our neighbors… Would recommend the hotel though 👍

Front desk staff were accommodating and helpful, hotel was in decent condition as well.

I had to resign from travels to Italy due to very bad weather conditions and flood in Emilia-Romania. Hotel rejected my cancellation, saying that I can't get any refunds back and Rimini wasn't demaged at that time. However, none of the trains worked between airport and Rimini. They didn't care about my and my kids safety. Under this special circumstances they should at least accept 50% of refund. I was very disappointed.
