Charmant hôtel bien situé. Belle Chambre spacieuse mais mériterait juste un petit coup de rafraichissement. Bonne literie. Propreté des lieux. Excellent restaurant. Personnel au top très professionnel et très gentil. Séjour super agréable. A conseiller sans hésiter.

Très bel hôtel au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le rhin! Très propre, très bonne literie ! Parking gratuit ! Il n'y a rien à dire de négatif, c'est une belle surprise. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés. Le petit plus, un excellent restau ! Où l'on peut dîner sans même avoir réservé de chambre. Pensez à réserver le restau, car c'est tellement bon que c'est tout le temps plein.

Nous avons été mangé en famille, très déçu du personnel, serveuse peu emable pas sourient. Service très lent. Après commande, une entrée avait été oublié, assiette de poisson sans goût, sans sauce et accompagnement inexistant. Plus de patate douce. Non précisé lors de la commande. Ensuite plus de tartes au désert. Pareil toujours pas précisé lors de la prise de commande. Personnel incompétent. Lamentable , alors que nous avions l'habitude dit aller. Pour notre part, ça sera fini. Dernière fois. Restaurant à éviter.

Wir haben nur das Restaurant besucht. Es war wieder sehr lecker: Mein Cordon Bleu ist eine deutsch-französische Fusion: das beste aus jedem Land: Munsterkäse und Schwarzwälder Schinken. Es fehlt leider ein auffälliges Schild, dass die E-Ladestation auch für E-Autos sind. Sehr freundliches Personal, das auch Deutsch spricht.

Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses et magnifiques,très propre, le personnel est compétent et sympathique, le restaurant est excellent et le rapport qualité prix très correct

L'accès à la chambre était un peu déroutant, mais nous avons été récompensés avec une chambre fantastique. Le lit était grand et très confortable. La chambre était grande, très simple, mais parfaitement aménagée. La terrasse avec vue sur le parc et le Rhin était magnifique - malheureusement encore un peu trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Le seul point négatif était la hauteur de la baignoire. Pour les personnes âgées, elle était un peu haute pour y entrer. Le lavabo était aussi relativement haut, mais sinon, la salle de bains était parfaitement aménagée. Le personnel était très aimable. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Ruhig gelegen auf eiiner Insel im Rhein in Grenznähe im Naturschutzgebiet. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alle Einrichtungen im Erdgeschoß waren barrierefrei. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Eierspeisen gab es auf Wunsch. Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl am Hotel vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
