The hotel was very neat. Rooms were cleaned daily.
The hot breakfast was limited and tasteless.

We were there for my sister's funeral, so the trip was not for fun. The location was great. The room was very large. We were not in the room a lot. The only downside was the shower was hard to use as we had never seen anywhere the tricky way to turn it on. We had to call the front desk. I couldn't get on the internet either, but it was not that important that i did.

I was charged 4 times by *******. Still waiting to hear what is going on. Then the hotel had to charge me once because they couldn’t get a hold of *******, in which they said it was a diff co name, not ******* and couldn’t get payment from them. So I was charged a total of five times dealing with this company!

The property and staff were great but the location was not. Anything right off the highway won’t be that great.

I grew up in the area so I knew exactly where this hotel was. It was easy to drive to everything we needed.
The hotel staff was super friendly and even provided us with 4 toothbrushes after we forgot to pack them.
My only complete that cost a star was the bed comfort. The mattress just felt old and I could feel the springs through it.

Pros: Friendly people- great location-helpful staff- great water pressure in the shower
Cons: two-ton neighbor stomping above us into the wee hours of the morning -
Bed and pillows are uncomfortable-
Breakfast leaves something to be desired-

It was a good stay overall. The front desk had good days and bad days during our one week stay.

The staffwas professional and helpful. We checked out on a Friday coming back to check in again on Monday. They allowed us to store 3 suitcases at the hotel which was very very helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. Only issue was the “business center” which consisted of a stand alone printer in the lobby with no computer. It was impossible to connect with our phone or iPad to print boarding passes. Staff confirmed no one knew passcode to connect. Would expect better from a Hilton property.
