Dzień dobry ,dziękuję za pobyt w Radisson. Hotel czysty, obsługa miła , a w szczególności p. Żanetka przesympatyczna i pomocna dla gości. Pomogła nam w wypożyczeniu auta. Śniadanka pyszne. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze. Super hotel. Rewelacja. Pozdrawiam Beata Olbińska Szczecin Poland

Bardzo fajny nowooddany hotel przy plaży,obsługa bardzo przyjazna,posiłki dość dobre. My z mężem byliśmy w okresie świąt ,więc super zorganizowana kolacja wigilijna. Dużo z mężem zwiedzaliśmy wyspę z hotelu mieliśmy wszędzie bardzo blisko ,przy hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy do centrum Larnaki parę minut ,a z tamtąd połączenia do wszystkich innych miejscowości,na pewno mogę polecić z czystym sumieniem ten hotel ,chcieli byśmy tam wrócić ,może w następne święta ale już z rodziną

The hotel is not finished. The pool is not finished. I’ve stayed here twice, but I shall never stay there again because it’s the most boring lacklustre hotel I’ve ever been to! No ambience and weirdo Weird guests. Really cheap out of season and that is the problem because all manner freaks go there.

In terms of hotel services, do not go to Radisson this season, all services are closed. Awful, since you leave the cleaning card in the morning, you come in the evening, the room has not been cleaned yet. The hotel pool is closed. The restaurant brings the cold food after an hour.

Our stay here started Thursday, April 4, 2024, and we check out tomorrow, Wednesday, April 10, 2024. We booked our stay as a package through Travelocity. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for its very name, Radisson Beach Resort and its beautiful pool. However, we quickly discovered that there is no real beach as part of the hotel but a grassy area on hotel property that is separated from the water by a community walkway. No beach. Furthermore, Radisson did not have a notice on Travelocity that the swimming pool would be undergoing repairs during our entire time here. We really like to use pools as well as swim the ocean. At the time of this writing, our last full day, the pool is still not ready. I have sent an email to corporate Radisson registering my complaint regarding the pool and lack of notice by Radisson prior to booking, still no response. Front desk where efficient but not very hospitable and helpful. They seemed more focused on the visiting football teams and conference than on folks like ourselves. Maid service was another interesting experience. Not only where we missed on the one day we requested service, we received a knock on our door by maid service the following evening at around 9PM asking they could clean our room. What? 9PM???? We thanked the kind lady but since we had an early start the next day, we declined.
