I had booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Rooms were big(Studio Apartment). Service was terrible. Had to call many times, to get things done like getting water, towels etc. In one of the rooms, phone was not working. After complaining more than 10 times too, no one came to see and check it. Key stopper was not fixed. Balcony was very dirty. Was not able to go and see it. While booking, it showed swimming pool available, but swimming was not working. Construction was going on, due to which lot of noise was there. Will not recommend. There are other good options available too. There is only one lift which is being used by guest, staff and labour. Hence, waiting time is more than 5 minutes sometimes.
