I'll start with the positives. Thankfully the air conditioning worked very well as it was 35 degrees celsius so the room was nice and cool. The towels were super soft and absorbent. OK, now that I'm done with the positives let's continue. This hotel needs to be demolished and something new built. It's very old and smells musty. Funny thing was that they still use actual keys to open the room doors. Not a key card but an actual metal key on a key ring. - The room floor didn't look like it had been swept for a while and had pieces of something that stuck to my feet so I kept my shoes on most of the time. - The bed didn't have a comforter/bedspread just a sheet and a thin felt blanket. - Virtually no insulation so you heard anyone around you walking and talking. I could hear the TV's in other rooms if I didn't have mine on. - Speaking of the TV, I had to set up the wifi in order to use the TV. There was an instruction sheet on how to connect it but even when I did it would lag so bad it was hard to watch a show so eventually I gave up. - The wifi was so bad that I couldn't even use my laptop to watch anything so I had a quiet evening. - Every time I went by the front desk there was never anyone there. Then to top off this awful stay I had someone from housekeeping unlock my door with their master key at around 9 am without even knocking to see if I was awake. Fortunately I had the chain lock on the door so he didn't just walk in. There weren't any "Do Not Disturb" door hangers to hang on the door knob. Annoyingly someone else from housekeeping came by about 30 minutes later to check again. All in all this was one of the worst stays I've had at a hotel and I definitely won't stay here again.
