Service excellent! Hotel clean, quiet, and beds are comfy. Nice extras like complimentary juice and coffee in lobby.

Located in a good area. Only complaints is the bathroom. The tub woukdnt drain while I had a shower and noticed an area that hadn't been mopped behind the door. Like someone walked in with their shoes and left dirt behind.

Children of staff we’re crying loud at 3am
The rooms were clean, but bathroom fan was dirty. I couldn’t put it on as I’m allergic to dust

The staff were very friendly. The dining and bar are comfortable. The room very clean but the bed sheets even though were clean were wrinkled.

This hotel used to be the best option in town. Also used to be the best place to eat… If you can, book ahead and stay at the Nova on the other end. Food here is now almost uneatable( tried multiple options ) and the rooms have gone downhill. Wall heater doesn’t work properly in any of the rooms I’ve stayed in. There’s black mold in the showers, literally in multiple rooms I’ve stayed in. Such a shame as this is a very nice hotel. I predict this hotel will get shut down within the next year.

The staff made this stay so easy. They were knowledgeable and friendly and very welcoming. I will stay here again when I come back to wabasca.

It was super dirty. I won’t stay there again lol not for that price. Also very unsafe they lock the hotel for safety reasons and my room never locked
