I can recommend this hotel in every respect., Very friendly staff at the reception, clean, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet with also very friendly staff. Location is less than 1.5 km from Waiblingen suburban train station. No problem at all to walk downhill from the train station to the hotel. I took a taxi in the reverse direction in the morning to avoid to have to push up my suitcase back to the train station. Taxi fee was 11 Euro. Train to Stuttgart Messe or air port takes about 45 minutes. But only costs less than 4 Euro. 😊

We were staying here as we were visiting my son who lives in Waiblingen. The hotel is smart, modern and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check in was seamless and there is a lift if you do not want to take the stairs. Our room was basic but it suited our needs very well and we were here for 6 nights! Breakfast was buffet style and very well organised with good coffee. We always enjoyed our first meal of the day and this was important as we walked a lot, 38 miles in 5 days! We were glad that we chose to stay here instead of the hotel by the train station. Waiblingen is vibrant and busy but there are peaceful areas to visit too. We were pleased with the comfortable bed and pillows on our return each evening after a night cap in the bar area. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

We stopped here for one night on the way to Italy. Easy parking in front of the hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and a good breakfast. I haven't come across many 'highway hotels' that are this nice and clean. I will surely use this stop again.

Did not get a good checkout experience. The receptionist would not help in getting a basic information I wanted. Also the hotel is very far from Stittgart with the trains not working it’s a very time consuming process. Would not recommend you stay here unless there is no other option.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Waiblingen. Modern, clean and bright rooms (we had a corner room with a queen size bed and a pull-our sofa) hotel staff were all lovely and willing to help with any request we had. The night staff was even kind enough to pour us a drink from the bar at 1am when everything else in Waiblingen had already closed. The breakfast buffet is absolutely appropriate for a hotel in that price range. There is an underground car park in the adjacent building which is convenient as car park space is otherwise very limited nearby. Definitely one to come back to when we’re in Waiblingen next time.

Waren Sie schon mal in ein einem Hotelzimmer, bei dem die Steckdose defekt, heraushängt und sie die Kabel sehen. Sich Menschen, Babys, Kinder und Hunde lebensgefährlich verletzen können? Dann buchen Sie gerne das Hotel. Dazu wird es wohl nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Toilette ist total dreckig und sie fallen darunter weil der Toilettensitz nicht befestigt ist. Wollten sie schon mal Schimmel einatmen? Dann duschen Sie gerne dort. Buchen Sie sofort dieses Hotel. Dazu gibt es noch keine Rückmeldung vom Hotelmanager bei freundlichen Nachfragen. So sieht Service auf hohem Niveau aus.

Der Aufzug in der empfohlenen Tiefgarage funktionierte an beiden Tagen nicht. Wir mussten vom 2ten Untergeschoss unsre Koffer nach oben tragen. Auch der TV im Zimmer funktionierte an beiden Tagen nicht. Die Damen an der Rezeption bedauerten dies alles sehr freundlich. Ein Hotelmanager war aber nicht ansprechbar.
