Ormlie Lodge is a 15-minute drive from both Ahuriri Harbour and Hawke's Bay Airport. Mission Estate Winery and several other vineyards are within a 20-minute drive. It is a 30-minute drive from Ocean Beach and a 40-minutes drive from Waimarama Beach.
Each air-conditioned room offers a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. All include a modern en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Some rooms offer a balcony.

My family and myself stayed at this place twice in early 2003 and 2006. I must have to say that it is the friendliest place on Earth! Everything at this lodge, for the lack of a better word, is perfect. Service, customer attitude, food, location and accomodation are borrowed from the Haven on permanent basis...
