Stayed one night, not much parking by the main entrance, requested an end room but at no time was it offered. Very quiet rooms despite being by the highway. Nice size rooms, convenient kitchenette area but our ceiling smoke detector randomly triple beeped once at 9:30pm and 8:15am. Told the check out lady and she didn't seem to care. The beds are absolutely terrible, uncomfortable firm mattress, pillows are flatter than reason and the blankets were short to the king size bed. Breakfast was ok, decent selection but warm food was not desirable. We'll pass on this hotel on our next Grand Rapids trip.

The front desk lady was awesome!!! The rooms are large and has everything you need. Plenty of cabinets and shelves. Very comfortable beds

The BEST customer service I have ever received. Accommodated our every need to make our stay enjoyable and the breakfast was delicious.

Room was nice and clean loved the kitchen area. Bed was a little hard for me but not horrible. Breakfast definitely could use some help. All the whole grain and wheat was not tasty at all. Eggs were cold.

We were in a first floor room and it was very loud. We had a king suite, which I did not anticipate being on the lowest level.

First time staying at Home2Suites it is nice rooms, staff was always cleaning the common areas at lunch. I will stay again at this hotel.
