We needed accommodation at very short notice, and Walsroder Hof were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with everything we needed, and the hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast was fine, a good selection of breads, meats and cheeses plus egg and sausage. Reception were happy to print our boarding-passes for our flights when we left, which was a big help.

Unfortunately you can’t find anyone to help you and for 2 hrs late checkout I paid 20€ extra .
They stolen the charger of my iPhone mobile when I left it in the room !!!

A total suprice when i entered the "singel room". It was like a apartement, fridge,kitchen zink , micro and even a dishwasher machine. The room was werry quiet. The breakfast is included in the room rate i liked it.

Zeitlich / Terminlich bedingt war ich früher im Hotel, als theoretisch hätte eingecheckt werden können.
Aufgrund der Sachlage hat die Mitarbeiterin (Rezeption) alles mögliche versucht um mir den CheckIn vorab zu ermöglichen um nach dem Termin nicht lange warten zu müssen.
Leider war der Aufenthalt nur über Nacht (inkl. Frühstück gebucht) deswegen kann ich nicht allzu viel sagen - Erholsamer Schlaf war jedoch mehr als gegeben.
Das Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Frühstück) war sauber, aufgeräumt & ordentlich.
Beim zugebuchten Frühstück konnte man von süß bis herzhaft alles finden was dazugehört.
Wenn man zeitig bucht, ist ein Parkplatz auch sicherlich nutzbar, jedoch gibt es drumherum ausreichend Möglichkeiten.

Wir bekamen ein sehr schmutziges und ungygienisches Zimmer. Das Bad wurde überhaupt nicht genputzt( Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken, versiffter Abfluss, Fliesen schmutzig etc.), der Fußboden im Zimmer klebte und war voller Staub und Dreck von Monaten!, es roch sehr muffig trotz geöffnetem Fenster bei Anreise, Mikrowelle dreckig, Flusen im Schrank...Ich könnte noch zig Sachen aufzählen. Alles in allem war das Zimmer in einem miserablem Zustand. Beschwerde an der Rezeption brachte leider keinen erkennbaren Erfolg, außer ein grob geputztes Waschbecken und ein kleiner Sekt ( zum schöntrinken des Zimmers?!? 😉). Leider war das Hotel auch nicht fähig uns ein 3.Kissen für unser Kind zur Verfügung zu stellen, die bei uns im Bett übernachten musste, da die Schlafcouch nicht bezogen wurde. Für 130 Euro ein Unding! Gott sei Dank nur eine Übernachtung gebucht. Nie wieder!

Ein von außen relativ unscheinbares, mitten in der Innenstadt von Walsrode liegendes Hotel, welches uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Ein schneller, persönlicher CheckIn, dann ab auf das Zimmer. Überraschung, das Zimmer entpuppte sich als kleines 2 Zimmer Appartement mit Terrasse und Blick in die Innenstadt. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein modernes Bad und ein bequemes Bett rundete den Aufenthalt ab.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad extrem alt und in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch verschmutzt. Frühstücksbuffet ist okay bei Check in war keine anwesend. Es wurde alles über ein Telefon von der Rezeption aus abgewickelt. Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert.
