Hotel Lobesa

We stayed in this hotel for one night , it was in a good location and staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we must have been given one if the least desirable rooms which was on the bottom level of the hotel in the older annex building and clearly needed some updating. The worst part was since it was on the bottom level there was a huge and I mean huge spider on the outside of the window in the bathroom when we woke up which was unpleasant but not unexpected in the lowest level which is near alot of vegetation. I always request higher floors and wish we would have gotten a room in the main building instead of the annex. . I peaked in one of those rooms and it was better than the annex rooms at the bottom level. There are 2 rooms in the annex building that would be worthwhile for the large shared terrace and those rooms are on the top floor. Food was ok, the best part of the hotel was the lovely views from the higher floors…I also had a aromatherapy massage which was ok but a little strange as no music was playing which was a first in all the many massages I have gotten. This hotel is recommended with reservation just be careful which room you are assigned.

Beautiful views across the valley amazing friendly service, clean rooms, highly recommend . Meals were generous and tasty

Stayed here while on a trip through Bhutan. The rooms were amazing. Spacious with stunning views. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My wife and I also had a massage here and would highly recommend it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely place to stay. The whole team is very nice and everything is clean. The food is also tasty. You also have a spa option.
