We loved the trip! The hotel is in a perfect location. The room is a bit small but we didn’t spend much time there.
No free breakfast! The staff is great!!!!

酒店位置很近白宮，房間雖然小了一點，但是很乾凈整潔，頂層的View很不錯，有酒吧，工作人員的服務態度不錯，唯一不好的就是打電話讓前台給我們拿洗刷用品盡然不出現，有點失望😞還有就是床太軟了，晚上休息不好，咖啡機也用不了，整體來説就衹認可這裏的位置和衞生搞得很好，其它的都不推薦

1. 관광하기에 좋은 지리적 위치라 구경 중에 지칠 때면 잠깐 들어와 쉬다가 다시 나가곤 했습니다.
2. 에어컨 냉방/난방 정상적으로 잘 작동했고, 침구류도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
3. 세면대와 욕실, 화장실이 각각 분리되어있는 구조인데 딱히 불편한 점은 없지만 욕조가 없는 게 아쉬웠습니다.
4. 욕실의 샤워헤드는 상단 고정이어서 자유자재로 움직일 수 없어서 이 부분이 불편했습니다.
5. 대형 TV와 냉장고, 다리미 등이 있었습니다.
6. 뷰는 바로 앞에 멋있는 건축물이 있어서 그런지 만족했었습니다.
7. 하지만 이 호텔의 진짜배기는 루프탑 라운지입니다. 루프탑에서 보는 야경은 더할나위없이 최고입니다.
(루프탑이 참 인기입니다. 이른 저녁부터 새벽까지 루프탑 손님들로 끊임이 없는 핫플레이스입니다)

The hotel itself is beautiful (lobby). I was not happy with the cleanliness of the guest room. Upon checking in, there was urine in the bathroom toilet - the bathroom clearly was not cleaned properly or skipped over to save time. The pillows and mattress are very thin, you completely sink in - no support. The hotel is a convenient location which justifies the price a little. Reception also did not notify that they received my Uber eats order. Sink was next to bed due to space restrictions but the sink splashes a lot of water as it is shallow.

The staff, especially Mary, is fabulous!!! My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for my birthday and Mary went above and beyond to make our stay so lovely and memorable. They upgraded our room so we had a wonderful view of the city and chocolates to celebrate. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the Washington monument. The Demeter margarita was yummy and so was the meat and cheese board with our cocktails. French toast and fruit in the room for breakfast. Best birthday ever!! Highly recommend this hotel. 4 Thumbs Up and 5 stars!!
