Service was good. People were very nice and knowledgeable. Good location…close to the Metro.

Nice hotel. I’ve stayed here several times since it is very convenient. However, I always seem to have an issue with the type of room I am given as opposed to what I book. It is always rectified, but does become annoying. The room we were given this time after being given the wrong type of room looked like it was not finished. There was no nightstand on one side of the bed and not one lamp in the living area. The only light was an overhead in the kitchenette that was overwhelming.

Great location, excellent hospitality, friendly staff! We were there to deliver pies to members of Congress and the doorman took this picture of us with our little chuck wagon cart!

Here to drop off my daughter at Tech house. Hotel near the area. Not too many places to eat though. Don’t bring a car there’s no parking available

Nice reception area, very polite quest attendant there. Appreciated the free coffee and hot water in the foyer. Area around the hotel is safe, quiet, nearby a couple of restaurants and one liquor store. The free breakfast was appreciated. However, the choices available depend greatly of your time of arrival. If you are early bird no issue, late starter, well not much left. Juice machine not working, slow toaster, etc…things could be improved.

A great location if you are in the Capitol Hill area and need a close proximity. Walkable to a lot. Really nice staff. Room was very nice - though the bathroom was small - we had 3 people - if there were 4 it would have been strained a bit. They could upgrade the tvs to access streaming channels & a light with outlets for charging on the nightstand. But overall it was great and we couldn’t beat the price! Beautiful neighborhood, felt very safe when walking at night. Would go back!

A sweet boutique hotel located close to capitol action. Excellent service with friendly staff. Loved the common space with coffee and fresh water 24/7. It pays to buy a bottle of their water and refill instead of using tap water. A few drawbacks-breakfast was underwhelming, heat-cooling system was erratic, a few cold showers over the holiday period and couldn’t open a window for fresh air. Still had a wonderful stay and staff was available for all concerns.

Very clean, well located, lovely service and quality breakfast. Only quips are the $25 a night “resort fee,” and we got a suite which is essentially a double room with a tiny kitchenette. Otherwise would happily stay there again!
