Location is perfect when planning to visit the Washington DC highlights. Room is clean but compact, staff is okay.

This is a very automated hotel. You check yourself in, make your own key and off you go. Rooms are smaller than normal but that’s how they keep the prices down. You control everything in the room from a iPad that’s in the room. The room is as wide as the bed. If you need to iron there’s a room for that just down the hall. I had no complaints. The price was right, it’s a block from L’Efant station. The Silver Line runs straight from IAD to the hotel. There’s a breakfast buffet in the lobby area for $20.

I LOVE this hotel! My only complaint is that the breakfast, while pretty good, is limited and it’s $20 per night. The rooms are amazing. So modern and high tech. I fell in love with the mood/colored lighting. The rooms are small for sure. I stayed with my daughter and we both loved it. The bed is super comfy and will keep you in it all day if you let it! The decor is quirky and modern. Loved the hangout areas. I will definitely be staying there again!

Room was techinically advanced with nice lighting and a IPad to control the room. Facility lacked some amenities such as a simple ice machine or pool. Dining menu was very limited but they had (2) bars. Room was small and best for a solo traveler and bed was very comfortable. No parking.. avoid parking garage across the street and use the one right next to the hotel. Decor was artistic and trendy.

Fantastic stay. Rooms have everything you need and nothing you don’t. Breakfast ideal for person with gluten allergy but great for anyone. Nice studio in the gym, excellent service. No complaints at all, just loved it

Very unique concept. Works perfectly. Modern unique rooms. Location is perfection: 15/30 minute walks to all the major museums/The Mall/ White House/Capital/Library of Congress/US Archives.

The one thing I did not like is the position of the bed. Climbing over my husband was very difficult. As far as the breakfast, the quality of the food was good, but having the same thing everyday was not. Different choices on the daily basis would be better.
