It feels like living in a fraternity house. On Friday and Saturday nights, the 5th floor rooftop has disco parties which you’ll hear the music in your room until 2am if you live on the 4th or 3th floor. The staffs were nice in trying to help when I raised issue with noise. I had noise cancelling headphones on the whole night with taking melatonin so that I can fall asleep. They also gave me a room in the basement (lower level). The music doesn’t go there but there is a lot of water noise there. They had ear plugs ready when I asked them for help so it’s not a problem that they’re willing to fix. I would recommend this place to prioritise their guests than the bar visitors. Other than noise, things were pretty good though. I guess this hotel is good for young people. Parking on the streets could be difficult though.

千萬不要預訂！
設施：房間不大，但基本設施都有，沒有吹風機！要問前台借。因為有長期住的客人，所以B1有配廚房和簡單的工具。這點還是不錯的。
衞生/環境：衞生還算可以，就是裝修因人而異，不是所有人都能接受。這是原本租給別人搞藝術的地方，後來改建成公寓酒店，就是有點特別。房間天花還看得到水管，一整晚都可以聽到樓上的聲音。重點———旁邊就是火車站，從進門開始，沒有一分鐘是安靜的，非！常！嘈！非常！千萬不要住靠近火車站的房間。
服務：幾乎是遇到最糟糕的客服和前台。前台態度很差，我們中間換了房間，忘記幫我們延長門卡。每次跟她説話都沒有面對我們，一看就覺得she hates the job。非常不愉快的一次體驗。
我們入住的第一晚，有清潔人員突然開門進來，原來她看錯門號了！

We had to walk around the block in the hood to get to the entrance (which was very badly labeled no signage!). The beds were bunk beds, not at all like the picture looked. There was no mention of bunk beds.

The location of the hotel provides a great variety of dining options and local shopping. We really enjoyed walking the area. The room and facilities were decent but if you have a room facing the street like we did, prepare yourself for a lot of noise. While we understand the hotel has no control over the amount of traffic in the area, there is no way to block out the noise so bring earplugs just in case. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

This property was amazing to stay at. Everyone who worked there was very nice and thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to DC

It was really a pleasant surprise as the hotel lounges and rooftop were well tricked out in an intriguing manner. The room was basic, yet comfortable, in that contemporary spare design. It is also spittin' distance to lots of shops, eateries and bars. Very accessible to the cultural activities that DC has to offer.

No phone in room, no place to hang up towels in bathroom, the half inch gap between the floor and the door to the room along with uncarpeted hallways allows every sound on the floor to echo and enter the room. Heard a television from down the hall and full on conversations of people in the hallways clearly in the room. The noise from the club on the roof went on until 2am. Horrible stay.

This was a great place for relaxing after a business. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I like the location, because it is walking distance from union market activities as well!
