Faithlegg Hotel

Such a lovely hotel, staff so helpful & friendly, breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Food very good. As a wheelchair user it was pretty accessible, entrance has a few steps but they have a portable ramp which staff members would take in & out for you, pity there isn't something more permanent but not sure where it could be placed Room was a little small, no where to put suitcase etc (had a look at accessible room which was ok, very spacious but felt cold & dark, couldn't get my small electric wheelchair into bathroom as there's a bit of a lip at door, bathroom could probably do with a little bit of an update, room didn't make me want to book it ) Lovely seating outside overlooking the golf course with parasols & lovely little coffee spot beside it, we were given complimentary vouchers for coffee etc which was a nice little touch ♡ look forward to returning, can highly recommend. (golf club is completely inaccessible unfortunately so couldn't eat there which was a shame)

Excellent hotel, pure luxury, incredible service and attain to detail impeccable. It was my mums birthday and they had a present in her room and a birthday dessert. Each member of staff wished her a happy birthday throughout her stay making her feel very special.

What a great location with excellent facilities, food and staff. Myself and my wife enjoyed our stay in Faithlegg Hotel and will definitely return. The hotel has a relaxing ambience with a very comfortable and spacious bedroom. The staff were friendly, very attentive, but not intrusive. There was plenty of options available, from the restaurant menu to the lounge and bar area and outside walks. Golf, could be an "added" bonus!! Our second trip to Faithlegg Hotel and we will return.

Very comfortable, relaxing short stay in beautiful surroundings. Spacious room. Staff excellent, attentive and friendly. Excellent dinners with wide menu selection - food sourced largely from local suppliers. Well situated for trips in the area.

We had previously stayed with Chris and his team but this time it was a little different. The purpose of our visit was to partake in the food & wine evening which was curated between Jenny and Simon. The event began in the 1783 Room with simply divine canapés and a welcome cocktail. We then enjoyed our first course which was irish oysters paired with Les Fringants from Simon's Maison Tymas. We then moved the restaurant and were treated to an avocado 🥑 amuse bouche. Jenny started to display the locally sourced ingredients in the for of Mallard duck breast in a blackberry jus with celeriac dauphinoise. This wonderful dish was paired to a very silky Alizé, Les Deux Cols. An incredibly light and delicate monkfish with a clam accompaniment rested in a sublimely delicate sauce followed next with a delicious La Lumière from Atelier des Sources. To say that each dish was a tour de force is an understatement. All credit to Jenny and her amazing team. The main course was a saddle of venison with a dark chocolate and chili jus. The wine selection for this was La Degève, once again from Les Deux Cols. The final two courses were paired to a beautifully balanced Domaine des Baumard, Carte d'Or from Coteaux du Layon. The dishes comprised of Durrus Óg and Toons Bridge cheeses and then followed by a pear tart tatin with sloe sorbet. Once we all finished, there was live music to be had in the main bar. What an event. Breakfast the following morning was yet another opportunity for the staff to shine. The staff are always on point with each customer engagement and it's clear to see that the centricity ethos works from the top down. Simply put, come, stay and enjoy what this great establishment has to offer.

It was our first time visiting Faithlegg, and we weren't disappointed! It was a fabulous experience! The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious, the rooms so comfortable! And I have to say the staff are Amazing. We felt very welcomed by each staff member we met. And we were very impressed that a special effort was made to make our birthday treat a memorable one! I only mentioned when booking that it was my mother's birthday, and a lovely card and chocolates were waiting for her in the room! And also, a birthday message arrived out with her dessert during dinner! And the very polite waitress who served us brought over two colleagues to help her sing Happy Birthday!! Well done Everyone, and thank you for a really lovely weekend! We will definitely be back !
