Check in is from 3pm, except it’s not. They allow late checkouts, which means the rooms then aren’t ready for people arriving at 3. Check out is 12pm, which I consider to be a late check out already, so do away with later checkouts if you can’t turn the rooms around by 3pm. It sets the new guest off on a grumpy foot if they have to wait until nearly 4pm to get their room with children climbing the walls in reception! The free Wi-Fi didn’t work. I paid for ultimate Wi-Fi, it didn’t work. I complained at reception and they refunded me, thank you. Although I’d rather have usable Wi-Fi. The room was clean but basic. I expected this from a premier inn so that was fine. Screen mirroring didn’t work on the tv, reception had no idea if this is because you can’t or it just wasn’t working. I’m still curious to know! We went for one night after visiting Harry Potter Studios so it served a purpose. The Hilton is just down the road which I’ve stayed in for work, I’d give it a try before resorting to this one ;-)
