The lock on the room door was not working properly. I could hear all the noises up and down the hallway.

The stay was great, but for some reason the cards wouldn't work so I had to keep going back for they can fix them until our checkout was done.
The beds were fine but made a little bit of noise. Maybe need some new pillows or more pillows than the ones they had. But besides that it was great i would stay again if i go back to Chicago. Was there for a navy graduation.

It was a clean property and room. However when I had the room my mini fridge didn't work.

Pros: Clean, staff was helpful when asking for extra things, room prices were great & they provided info on transportation services to & from boot camp graduation.
Cons: A lot of smoke smell by the rooms that were closer to the doors (from people standing outside to smoke). The condition of the hotel & room was a bit worn out & the bed made popping sounds everytime we got in & out of it from the metal bed frame.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Put maid service needed sign on door they turned the sign on do not disturb and never cleaned the room.

Even though the hotel needs updating, it was a good place to stay. The room was smaller than we expected but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a good experience!
