The staff was very very friendly. Made my day. The room was clean and very nice for the price. Loved the glass block shower.

The toliet was wobbly, the shower had no water pressure, and the bed was the worst ive ever slept in along w the metal box the bed laid on.

Soft pillows. Comfy bed. Clean. Warm and cozy. Daily maid service. Super friendly staff. Great price for the area. Road noise is a bit loud but we got used to it. Walls a little thin if the neighbors are rambunctious, but they left after one night. Definitely recommend.

Hotel facility and the room was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Our stay was for 1 night and was very good. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. the shower had plenty of hot water and had very good water pressure that I've ever experienced in a hotel! Would recommend to friends.

We never found this place...after asking directions of several locals in Waynesville. Called motel and got answering machine (?)so called again when we got back home. Offered to pay a fee since we missed our reservation and was told " No, your card will be charged for the WHOLE AMOUNT" I don't think this is fair since we tried our best to get there...how about you?

If you are going to charge like the "BIG BOYS" then you need to offer goods like the "BIG BOYS"! No breakfast offered. Two people in room and we were left 2 snack cookies, 1 baby bottle of water and 1 kids size juice. No Kleenex in the room. The room was clean, but very outdated. No flunger or stopper for sink so I had to force a rag in the sink. No dresser for clothes. I wouldn't stay or recommend this location!!!!!

Ac didn't work that well and these rooms needed a major update beds were hard and the parking lot was really hard to pull into and back on to the busy fast pace main road but clean
