The Hotel West Baden is where we stayed. We took the shuttle to the French Lick Hotel and that was very nice as well. Lots of History and the perfect weekend getaway!!!. The Staff at all the Places were wonderful and treated you as family and were very polite and cared about there jobs and our stay. Would roll into this place again and enjoy the entire place and come back home feeling recharged.

This is truly a luxury hotel. So many amenities are included. We loved that we didn't have to drive anywhere due to the trolley and shuttle. Our favorite experience was sporting clays with Levi. He was so helpful and fun. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The room was comfortable and bed as well. Though the bed is just in fro. For the bedroom’s main entrance, we were in a quiet area and were hardly disturbed. The pool, though small, has nice furniture to lay on and plenty of shade. Ballard’s is a great place to have lunch. Sinclair’s cafe had wonderful breakfast choices. The service overall as very good. We would have very much have liked to enjoy the spa but the prices quite frankly, are unreasonably high. That is one thing we would advise the resort to check into. I have a facial monthly in Carmel, IN so I am accustomed to knowing what spas charge, including in our family trips. A special place for sure!

West Baden Springs Hotel is an excellent place to visit and stay. The staff are professional and very service oriented. We took our granddaughter there for her birthday weekend. They all treated her like a queen! We also took a trail ride and the staff at the stable were excellent.

The friendly staff, well maintained grounds, shuttle service, convenience and comfort are beyond expectations compared to the “Chain” establishments. You will be greeted with a smile at every turn. This is a perfect Bucket- List destination. We will return!

Beautiful hotel, our room was gorgeous and had lots of space. The bathroom was very clean, the hotel staff is very friendly as well as the other guests. We sat in the atrium and also out on the veranda. We took the free shuttle to the French Lick Resort and ******, we also took the Behind the Scenes Tour which was very interesting. The garden at the hotel is lovely. It's a good place for couples or like myself, I took my daughter, to relax and enjoy time together.

The accommodations and staff at West Baden are absolutely great! Our Bunco group stayed 2 nights. We played games, had delicious meals, shopped, went to the ******, and were transported from one location to another by knowledgeable and fantastic drivers. The staff at West Baden went out of their way to make sure we had a delightful time, and we certainly did!

The West Baden hotel was more amazing than I expected. It's such a beautiful building and the history of the place is everywhere - pictures and stories on the walls, etc.. I didn't expect the shops on the main floor and I found some wonderful things to purchase. The spa was so relaxing and the staff was COMMITTED to making the treatments a great experience. ALL staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and friendly. We ate at a couple of the restaurants and the food was very good. It's not an inexpensive place to stay, but absolutely worth every penny.

This is a beautiful and relaxing place in a quiet, little town. The hotel has amazing architecture and is something to see! The rooms are beautiful with better than normal bathrooms in any upper scale hotel. The dining options are plenty on the resort grounds and all we tried were delicious! My husband and I highly recommend this hotel.
